Rachel Pipino graduated with a bachelor of Library and Information Science (Information Systems) from Uganda Christian University. She then joined Uganda Revenue Authority where she worked with the department of domestic taxes as a service and compliance representative for a year, before joining the Kiseera Estate as their Human Resource Manager, for four years. She brings with her, her extensive experience in administration work, attention to detail and the ability to handle complex and confidential issues in a competent and timely manner.
